Kampala → Lake Mburo (4 hrs)
- Drive to Lake Mburo with stop at Equator crossing.
- Arrive for lunch at the lodge.
- Afternoon boat cruise among hippos and birds.
- Sundowner game drive for rewarding views.

Lake Mburo – Bwindi
Lake Mburo → Bwindi (+5 hrs)
- Early 2‑hour bush walk to see zebra, impala, eland, buffalo.
- Visit Igongo Cultural Village and Ankole museum.
- Lunch at Agip Motel Mbarara.
- Drive to Bwindi — lush rainforest with primates and exotic birds.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- 8:00 am briefing with UWA staff.
- Trek through jungle (2–6 hours) to find mountain gorillas.
- Carry rain jacket, water, snacks, boots.
- Afternoon Buhoma Village Walk to meet local community.

Bwindi – Kampala / Entebbe
Bwindi → Kampala / Entebbe (+8 hrs)
- Drive back via Queen Elizabeth NP for enroute game viewing.
- Spot elephants, antelopes, warthogs if lucky.
- Equator crossing in Kasese, scenic views of Mt. Rwenzori foothills.
- Lunch in Fort Portal, then continue to Kampala/Entebbe for flight.
